What does OEM stand for?
OEM’s are Original Equipment Manufacturers like Apple, Hewlett Packard, and Lexmark that produce inkjet and laser printers and copiers as well as the cartridges and toner that can be used in them. Typically, these brand name toners and cartridges are more expensive than remanufactured or new compatible toners and cartridges.

What is a remanufactured cartridge?
A remanufactured cartridge is a cartridge that has been professionally disassembled and its worn parts replaced. The cartridge is refilled with ink, and is tested in the factory to guarantee print quality. All 99ink remanufactured products are 100% guaranteed.

What is a new compatible cartridge?
New compatible cartridges are brand new cartridges that are identical to the manufacturer's brand. They are essentially generic versions of brand name cartridges. They have no recycled parts and they are not cartridges that have been refilled. Due to licensing restrictions, some OEM do not allow new-compatible products to be marketed for their equipment. Remanufactured products are the high quality alternative. Check product listings for more information. All 99ink new compatible products are 100% guaranteed.

How can I place my order?
For your convenience, orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week either online, by telephone, fax or U.S. mail.

Is my credit card and personal information secure on this site? We use Netscape Commerce Server and RSA Encryption to ensure your personal information is secure throughout the purchasing process.

How will my order be shipped?
FedEx is our primary shipping carrier and delivery dates are based on your zip code and the shipping method you select. Overnight shipping is available.

How are orders tracked?
All orders shipped within the contiguous 48 U.S. States are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS delivery services. We track every order to ensure timely delivery, but can provide you with the tracking # if you would like to contact the carrier directly.

Can I return or exchange items?

How do I earn Reward Points?
Once you are a registered, user points will be accrued with every purchase, starting with your first purchase. You will earn 2% of each dollar you spend.

How do I know how many points I have?
Points will be displayed for each product and a summary for the total purchase. You will be notified of the number of points accrued with a purchase on the order verification page (before submitting payment information) and in the order confirmation e-mail (after and order is processed). You can also view the number of accrued points by logging onto your account, and clicking on the “View Your Reward Points” link, where the Reward Points are listed.

How do I redeem Reward Points?
Reward Points can be accrued with each purchase. The number of Reward Points earned varies with each item. Please check product descriptions for details. You will be prompted during checkout to choose how many points you would like to use toward a new purchase. If you opt not to use any, you will earn points for the purchase. Reward Points will not accrue during transactions for which points are redeemed. If an order is cancelled or returned, the Reward Points accrued with that purchase are automatically deducted. Reward Points are only applied to the product price and not on shipping or tax charges. Reward Points are only available on the 99ink e-Commerce Store and are not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

*We reserve the right to end Reward Points or change the value of points at any time, but notices of changes will be emailed in plenty of time to redeem your points before any changes take place (be sure to keep your email address updated in your account). Reward points are deleted after one year of account inactivity!
