Our warranties only cover defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, usage not in accordance with product instructions or acts of nature or third parties

Shipping
We are not responsible for a delay in the delivery of an order, if the delay is caused by the carrier. If you haven't received your order in the suggested time period, we suggest that you please contact the carrier, give them the tracking # and they will trace/expedite the order for you. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are not able to ship it for some reason. In that case, you will be notified and receive a full refund.

Return Policy

Returns
Please contact us toll free at 1-704-621-3060 or email us at if you have questions about how to use a product or are unsure about the compatibility of your purchase. If you still are not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly initiate the return or exchange process. To begin, we will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which allows us to track your return from start to finish.

Defective cartridges may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-defective cartridges may be returned within 60 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges (freight to you) are non-refundable as are shipping charges to return products to suppliers.

Exchanges
Customers wishing to exchange products can do so online. It’s easy. Just order the new item from our website and return any items you don’t want. Remember, all exchanges require an RMA number, so be sure and get one from us.

Refunds
Customers returning items with RMA numbers can expect a refund by purchase payment method within 7-14 business days from the day we receive the return. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays.

Shipping
We know same-day shipping is a must when you need supplies. Place an order with us by 2:00PM EST and we’ll process and ship that day.

Delivery Methods
FedEx is our primary shipping carrier and delivery dates are based on your zip code and the shipping method you select. We can provide you with estimated delivery dates for your order during Checkout.

- FedEx Standard Overnight
- FedEx 2-Day (up to 2 business days)

Costs
Shipping fees on purchases totaling $49 or less will vary and are based on package weight and shipping method. We can provide you with estimated shipping costs during Checkout.

Backorders
We do our best to keep all items in stock, but backorders do occur from time-to-time. If an item you have ordered is on backorder, we will send you an e-mail immediately. If your order contains an item on backorder, we will not ship until all items are in stock.

Tracking Orders
All orders shipped within the United States are shipped via FedEx delivery service. We track every order to ensure timely delivery, but can provide you with the tracking # if you would like to contact the carrier directly.

Payment
99ink accepts the following forms of payment for your convenience.

• VISA or MasterCard. Credit cards are not charged until order is ready to ship.
• Check payments will be accepted with the understanding that they may be held for a period of time pending bank clearance. Orders paid for by check will not be shipped until the holding period has ended.
