99Inc. is happy to introduce our Reward Points Program as a way of giving back to you, our valued customer. We still maintain our low prices, so your Reward Points are just that, rewards and a thanks for shopping with us!
How do I earn Reward Points?
Once you are a registered, user points will be accrued with every purchase, starting with your first purchase. You will earn 2% of each dollar you spend.
How do I know how many points I have?
Points will be displayed for each product and a summary for the total purchase. You will be notified of the number of points accrued with a purchase on the order verification page (before submitting payment information) and in the order confirmation e-mail (after and order is processed). You can also view the number of accrued points by logging onto your account, and clicking on the “View Your Reward Points” link, where the Reward Points are listed.
How do I redeem Reward Points?
Reward Points can be accrued with each purchase. The number of Reward Points earned varies with each item. Please check product descriptions for details. You will be prompted during checkout to choose how many points you would like to use toward a new purchase. If you opt not to use any, you will earn points for the purchase. Reward Points will not accrue during transactions for which points are redeemed. If an order is cancelled or returned, the Reward Points accrued with that purchase are automatically deducted. Reward Points are only applied to the product price and not on shipping or tax charges. Reward Points are only available on the 99ink e-Commerce Store and are not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
*We reserve the right to end Reward Points or change the value of points at any time, but notices of changes will be emailed in plenty of time to redeem your points before any changes take place (be sure to keep your email address updated in your account). Reward points are deleted after one year of account inactivity!
